.A COLD FRONT IS BRINGING GUSTY WINDS TO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND
PARTS OF EASTERN OREGON THIS MORNING. THE WINDS HAVE PEAKED...BUT
ARE STILL STRONG ENOUGH TO IMPACT TRAFFIC IN THE SHASTA VALLEY OF
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND ALONG HIGHWAY 31 BETWEEN PAISLEY AND
SILVER LAKE.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: WEED.

* IMPACTS...INTERSTATE 5 SOUTH OF YREKA AND HIGHWAY 97 NEAR
  WEED WILL BE IMPACTED. THESE WINDS CAN CAUSE TRAVEL
  DIFFICULTIES... ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
