.WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE WITH CRITICALLY DRY
VEGETATION TO RESULT IN DANGEROUS BURNING CONDITIONS FOR
TODAY...THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AFTERNOONS AND EARLY EVENINGS. THE
TIME FRAME FOR THE WIND TO COMBINE WITH THE LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
FOR POTENTIAL CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE FROM NOON
THROUGH 9 PM WEDNESDAY...NOON THROUGH 9 PM THURSDAY AND AGAIN FROM
