* Flood Warning continues for
  The North Platte River at Saratoga.
* The latest stage is 7.6 feet at 8 PM Thursday.
* Minor flooding is forecasted...with a maximum stage of 8.7 feet Tuesday
  morning...which is 0.2 feet above flood stage.
* The river will rise above the flood stage of 8.5 feet Monday morning.
* Impact...at 9.0 feet...Flooding of low lying areas at the Deer Haven
  RV Park intensifies and becomes more widespread.  Standing water
  inundates yards of homes along the river in town.  Flood waters
  begin impacting access to Veterans Island Park. The golf course
  near the Saratoga Inn becomes inundated with water.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.7 feet
  on May 30 1958.

* Flood Warning continues for
  The Laramie River near Fort Laramie.
* For the Laramie River near Fort Laramie...Minor flooding is
  occurring...with a stage of 7.8 feet measured at 8 PM Thursday.
* The river crested Thursday afternoon...it will then fall
  slowly over the next several days.
* Impact...at 8.0 feet...Water reaches the base of the bridge of
  Highway 160 immediately west of the Fort Laramie State Park
  property (about 1.5 miles upstream from the gage).
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.7 feet
  on Aug 21 1993.

* Flood Warning continues for
  The Laramie River at Laramie.
* For the Laramie River at Laramie...Minor flooding is occurring...with
  a stage of 8.8 feet measured at 8 PM Thursday.
* Minor flooding is forecasted...with a maximum stage of 8.9 feet forecast
  on Sunday.
* Impact...at 9.0 feet...Water overflows the greenway at Spruce and
  Park Streets. Homes next to the greenway along the right river bank
  experience moderate flooding. Water begins to encroach the mobile
  home park along the south end of McCue Street along the left river
  bank. Water is bankfull behind trailer homes within the Lee Trailer
  Court located just north of Curtis Street. Optimist Park south of
  Garfield Street begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.8 feet
  on Jun 14 2015.

  The North Platte River near Mitchell.
* For the North Platte River near Mitchell...Moderate flooding is
  occurring...with a stage of 8.7 feet measured at 7 PM Thursday.
* Near major flooding is forecasted...with a maximum stage of 9.4 feet...
  which is 1.9 feet above flood stage and 0.1 feet below major flood stage.
* The river will crest around 9.4 feet Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...at 9.5 feet...Major flooding occurs across southern
  portions of Scottsbluff. Major flooding of homes and agricultural
  land occurs near the river. Flood wave travel time from Mitchell to
  Scottsbluff is about 10 to 12 hours.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.3 feet
  on Jun 2 1971.

  with a stage of 6.3 feet measured at 7 PM Thursday.
* Record flooding is forecasted...with a maximum stage of 6.7 feet forecast
  to occur Friday evening...which is 1.2 feet above flood stage.
* The river will crest around 6.7 feet Friday evening.
* Impact...at 7.5 feet...Major lowland flooding occurs. Only minor
  flooding in the town of Henry.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 6.6 feet
  on Jul 23 1983.

  by Sunday morning...which is 0.2 feet above flood stage.
* The river will rise above the flood stage of 7.5 feet Saturday morning.
* Impact...at 8.5 feet...Lowland agricultural flooding intensifies and
  becomes more widespread. Homes along the North Platte River will be
  totally inundated with basement and overland flooding.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.0 feet
  on May 27 1973.
