BELOW 8000 FEET...

* TIMING...THROUGH 9 AM MDT THIS MORNING.

* TEMPERATURE...FALLING TO THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S...WITH
  LOCALIZED COLD SPOTS HITTING THE MID 20S.

* IMPACTS...TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING FOR SEVERAL HOURS WILL
  DAMAGE SENSITIVE VEGETATION. OUTSIDE WATER LINES COULD FREEZE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR
HIGHLY LIKELY. THESE CONDITIONS WILL KILL CROPS AND OTHER
SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
