  MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS FOR LIGHT
  AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON SUNDAY. IN ADDITION...OBJECTS
  KEPT OUTDOORS MAY BE DAMAGED OR BLOWN AROUND BY THE WIND...
  TAKE TIME TO SECURE LOOSE OBJECTS IF POSSIBLE.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.

.A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING A PERIOD OF STRONG GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS TO THE SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS TODAY. WILLS WILL
INCREASE INTO THE AFTERNOON...BECOMING SUSTAINED AT 25 TO 45 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 55 MPH. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND HIGHER GUSTS
ARE EXPECTED ACROSS FAR NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA. SCATTERED SNOW
SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH ANY ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED TO REMAIN LIGHT...ISOLATED AREAS OF SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED
VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND WIND WILL BE POSSIBLE. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO
