 Affecting the following counties in Ohio...Meigs and in West Virginia...Mason.

...The flood warning continues for the following rivers...Ohio River.
  At Point Pleasant...
  At Huntington...
  At Ashland...
  At Greenup Lock...

Affecting the following counties in Kentucky...Boyd...Greenup and in Ohio...
Gallia...Lawrence...Scioto and in West Virginia...Cabell...Mason...Wayne.

The Ohio River will continue a slow fall through this evening and overnight
tonight.  Conditions should gradually improve as the Ohio River recedes.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around and don`t drown.  Do not drive into areas where
water is flowing over the roadway.  Most deaths occur when motorists
try crossing flooded roads.


Please report high water to the National Weather Service by
calling toll free...1-800-401-9535...when you can do so safely.

* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor Flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by tonight.
* At stages near 43.0 feet...Ohio Route 7 at Kyger Creek and Addison is flooded.

* until Wednesday evening.
* At 6 PM the stage was 54.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 50 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring is forecast to continue.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by early tomorrow
  afternoon.
* At stages near 55 feet, backwater flooding affects portions of
  Sciotoville, New Boston and other sections outside of the flood wall
  area. Portions of Route 52 become flooded.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Ohio River at Maysville
* until late Wednesday night.
* At 6 PM the stage was 53.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 50 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by tomorrow
  evening.
* At stages near 54 feet, flooding occurs in low areas of Ripley and
  Aberdeen, Ohio. Areas within the flood plain are increasingly
  inundated. Backwater and lowland flooding can be expected along the
  river. The City of Maysville itself is protected to a stage just
  above 79 feet.
