...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN GRANT AND SOUTHWESTERN
MINERAL COUNTIES...

At 731 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bayard, moving
east at 40 mph.

Gusts of 40 to 50 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Bayard, Elk Garden, Kitzmiller, Burlington, Gorman, Russelldale,
Arthur, Hartmansville, New Creek, Lahmansville, Medley, Williamsport,
Ridgeville, Maysville, Sulphur City, Emoryville, Wilson, Martin,
Scherr and Antioch.

Locally heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may
cause ponding of water on roadways and cause small streams to go out
of their banks. Be alert for the potential of standing water and
hydroplaning.
