* ACCUMULATIONS 3 TO 5 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...3 BELOW TO 17 ABOVE ZERO.

* WIND CHILLS...20 TO 35 DEGREES BELOW ZERO TONIGHT THROUGH
  SATURDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY. THE HEAVIEST
  SNOW WILL BE TONIGHT. LOWEST WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED LATE
  TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS AND TRAVEL WILL BE
  DIFFICULT. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED BELOW ONE-HALF MILE AT
  TIMES IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. THE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND
  CHILLS WILL LEAD TO FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS
  ARE NOT TAKEN.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED
VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

SNOW SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE QUICK BURSTS OF ACCUMULATING SNOW WITH
RATES OF A HALF INCH TO AN INCH IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. AS THE
VERY COLD AIR COMBINES WITH THE WIND...DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL
VALUES WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND WEST OF THE BLUE RIDGE.
