  ABOVE 1500 FEET EXPECTED THROUGH NOON...WITH A FEW HIGHER
  AMOUNTS ALONG THE PEAKS OF THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS. LOWER ELEVATIONS
  MAY RECEIVE LIGHTER AMOUNTS.

* TIMING...THROUGH MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...ROADS AND OTHER SURFACES MAY BECOME SLICK AND
  HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
