SHENANDOAH VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING. PORTIONS OF THE INTERSTATE
81 CORRIDOR...FROM NEAR STAUNTON...THROUGH HARRISONBURG AND
STRASBURG. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO A QUARTER MILE OR
LESS. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REDUCE SPEED AND USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS.
