* TIMING...GALE FORCE WINDS THROUGH TONIGHT WILL EASE TOWARD
  MORNING ON FRIDAY. GALE FORCE WINDS ARE LIKELY TO REDEVELOP
  FRIDAY NIGHT.

* SEAS...4 TO 6 FEET TONIGHT.

* WIND...SOUTHEAST 25 TO 35 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING

  CONTINUE SATURDAY.

* SEAS...8 TO 10 FEET BUILDING TO 11 TO 14 FEET THIS EVENING.

* WIND...SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST 25 TO 40 KNOTS.
