...GUSTY WINDS WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED AGAIN
WEDNESDAY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING...

.EXPECT WINDS TO BECOME GUSTY ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN
WASHINGTON AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY. THE STRONGEST GUSTS WILL BE IN THE
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS. THESE GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL
COMBINE WITH LOW HUMIDITY TO PRODUCE A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS FIRE
WEATHER ENVIRONMENT.

  WASHINGTON PALOUSE AND SPOKANE AREA (ZONE 674) AND FIRE
  WEATHER ZONE 677 EAST WASHINGTON CENTRAL CASCADE VALLEYS (ZONE
  677).

* WINDS: WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITIES: 15 TO 25 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS: RAPID FIRE SPREAD IS POSSIBLE WITH ANY NEW OR ONGOING
  FIRES.
