.NOW...
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE WEST ACROSS THE EAST SLOPES OF
THE CASCADES THROUGH AT LEAST 430 PM. THOUGH THESE THUNDERSTORMS
ARE NOT STRONG, THEY ARE MOVING OVER RECENT BURN SCARS SUCH AS
CARLTON...MILLS CANYON AND CHIWAUKUM. BE AWARE THAT IT MAY ONLY
TAKE ABOUT ONE- QUARTER INCH OF RAIN TO BEGIN TO SEE MINOR DEBRIS
FLOWS ON THE BURN SCAR TERRAIN. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS...PEAS SIZE HAIL...AND
WIND GUSTS AROUND 35 MPH.
