.A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM HAS MOVED INTO WESTERN WASHINGTON AND
WILL SWING NORTHEAST INTO BRITISH COLUMBIA TONIGHT. THIS SYSTEM
WILL CAUSE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS OVER PORTIONS OF THE INTERIOR
NORTHWEST. THESE CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR IN CENTRAL AND NORTH
CENTRAL OREGON...THE SIMCOE HIGHLANDS THE WALLOWA VALLEY AND ACROSS
THE COLUMBIA BASIN AND THE BLUE MOUNTAIN FOOTHILLS TONIGHT AND
SUNDAY.

  EVENING. PERSISTENT STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE FROM LATE TONIGHT
  THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST TO WEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO 50
  MPH.

* IMPACTS: DRIVING WILL BECOME DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES ON AREA ROADWAYS. IN ADDITION THESE WINDS
  MAY CAUSE LOOSE OBJECTS TO BE PICKED UP AND BLOWN SOME
  DISTANCE. MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE MAY ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
