* AT 926 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED THAT ONE
  AND ONE HALF TO TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE
FALLEN       OVER THE AREA THIS EVENING. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL MAY
TRACK OVER       THESE LOCATIONS DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.

  INTO SAINT LOUIS COUNTY...NORTHERN JEFFERSON AND THE CITY OF SAINT
  LOUIS OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR SO.
