AT 423 AM CDT...CREEK AND STREAM GAUGES INDICATE THAT FLOODING
CONTINUES DUE TO HEAVY RAINFALL FROM THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS. THIS
INCLUDES BOTH BIG AND LITTLE SUGAR CREEKS.

RUNOFF FROM THIS RAIN IS CAUSING FLOODING. CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW
WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF

  Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and
  Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles
  west of Fulton has flood waters reach four to six feet in depth.

* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 25.6 feet by
  early Tuesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage late
  Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet...Flood waters spread over fields to a
  distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly
  along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live
  along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience
  water entering their homes at basement levels.
