A LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CST THIS
EVENING.

* EVENT: EXPECT BREEZY WEST AND NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25
  MPH...WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH POSSIBLE.

* AREAS AFFECTED: A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS.

* TIMING: EXPECT THE BREEZY CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON
  AND INTO MID EVENING. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE DURING THE EVENING
  HOURS AND OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS: BOATERS WILL EXPERIENCE ROUGH AND CHOPPY CONDITIONS
  ON AREA RIVERS AND LAKES. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON AREA
  ROADWAYS MAY ALSO EXPERIENCE SOME HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS
  DUE TO BREEZY CROSSWINDS.

A LAKE WIND ADVISORY INDICATES THAT WINDS WILL CAUSE ROUGH CHOP
ON AREA LAKES. SMALL BOATS WILL BE ESPECIALLY PRONE TO CAPSIZING.
