walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

  the Sulphur River Near Naples, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 630 AM Tuesday the stage was 29.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 22 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to a stage of 29.5 feet
  by Wednesday morning.
* Impact...at 30.0 feet...Considerable lowland flooding and flooded
  boat ramps.

* Flood pool stage is 70 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Tuesday early afternoon.
* Impact...Minor lowland flooding.

* At 7:00 PM Monday the stage was 27.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue a slow fall to near 27.4
  feet by Friday morning.
* Impact...at 26.0 feet...River flows in many side channels and
  creates islands between the river and sloughs and creeks. Flooding
  of cropland and timber is occurring. Portions of the National
  Wildlife Refuge downstream of Clarendon flooding.

  levees. Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou.

* Impact...at 21.0 feet...Hurricane Lake Wildlife Management Area and
  Raft Creek Bottoms inundated. Roads in the bottoms are flooded.
