PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.

  LIKELY RESULT IN SMALL STREAM FLOODING. AREAS THAT ARE LOW LYING
  OR USUALLY EXPERIENCE POOR DRAINAGE ARE MOST LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE
  FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY
  FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LAMPASAS AND LOMETA.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO AN INCH OR MORE IS EXPECTED OVER THE
ADVISORY AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF
CREEKS AND STREAMS, AS WELL AS LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS BEFORE SUNRISE, WHEN IT IS HARDER TO
RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.

YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME
