* AT 849 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN
  THAT WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
  AREA. UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST
  HOUR...ESPECIALLY ON THE WESTERN SIDES OF ENID. ANOTHER 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  ENID.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...

ACROSS THE AREA. THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF AROUND
2 INCHES PER HOUR...WITH TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS BETWEEN 3 TO 4 INCHES
POSSIBLE.

  RISES ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. REMEMBER...TURN AROUND DONT DROWN.
