...ARCTIC FRONT WILL BRING VERY STRONG WINDS TO THE MIDDLE TEXAS
COASTAL WATERS BY THURSDAY MORNING...

.AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. VERY STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW WILL OCCUR IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT WITH FREQUENT WIND GUSTS
OF 40 KNOTS. THE VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING.

  KNOTS.

* WAVES/SEAS: BUILDING TO 6 TO 8 FEET NEAR SHORE AND 9 TO 12
  FEET OFFSHORE. OCCASIONAL SEAS 11 TO 15 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
