...A Lake Wind Advisory will be in effect for parts of East and
Northeast Texas and Northwest and North Central Louisiana through
7 PM CDT as Tropical Storm Cindy moves inland...

.A tight pressure gradient associated with the movement of
Tropical Storm Cindy will produce strong and gusty winds of 15 to
25 MPH with higher gusts to near 30 to isolated 40 MPH.

...LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

* EVENT...Sustained winds between 15 and 25 mph with gusts
  between 30 and 40 mph, associated with Tropical Storm Cindy,
  will affect portions of East and Northeast Texas and North
  Louisiana.

* TIMING...Through 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACT...Boaters should exercise caution on area lakes and
  waterways due to rough chop, which can capsize small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
