* PORTIONS OF FL...NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...
  INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING IN FL...COASTAL ...DIXIE...COASTAL
  FRANKLIN...COASTAL GULF...COASTAL JEFFERSON...COASTAL TAYLOR AND
  COASTAL WAKULLA. IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA...INLAND DIXIE... INLAND
  FRANKLIN...INLAND GULF...INLAND JEFFERSON...INLAND
  TAYLOR...INLAND WAKULLA...LAFAYETTE...LEON...LIBERTY AND
  MADISON. IN SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...BROOKS...LANIER AND LOWNDES.

* THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING

* ISOLATED AREAS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 3 TO 6 INCHES WITH A MORE
  WIDESPREAD AREA STILL LIKELY TO RECEIVE TOTALS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES.
  ISOLATED AREAS MAY SEE 8 TO 10 INCHES. FLASH FLOODING WILL
  REMAIN A THREAT THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
