SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...SOUTH GEORGIA...AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA FOR
HEAVY RAIN AND RISING RIVERS...


.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE NORTHEAST GULF OF MEXICO WILL
APPROACH SLOWLY TODAY...BRINGING ABUNDANT RAIN TO THE REGION. THE
HEAVIEST RAIN WILL END TONIGHT...BUT AREA RIVERS WILL CONTINUE TO
RISE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF FLASH
FLOODING AS WELL...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS AND NEAR
CREEKS...STREAMS...AND DRAINAGE AREAS THAT ARE PRONE TO FAST
RISING WATER DURING HEAVY RAIN.
