* TEMPERATURE...HEAT INDICES ARE EXPECTED TO RISE TO AROUND 105
  DEGREES TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...THE HEAT AND HUMIDITY WILL MAKE HEAT RELATED ILLNESS
  LIKE EXHAUSTION...HEAT CRAMPS AND EVEN HEAT STROKE MORE
  LIKELY.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS CANCELLED THE HEAT
ADVISORY. A HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 8 PM CDT
TUESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS...IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
