* AT 1037 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
INDICATED   THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.
REPORTS OF BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE COME IN FROM
TULSA COUNTY SOUTHWEST TO NEAR OKEMAH. IN ADDITION...STORMS CONTINUE
TO DEVELOP AND TRAIN OVER THIS SAME AREA...AND WILL ONLY EXACERBATE
THE SITUATION. REPORTS OF FLOODING INTO HOMES HAVE BEEN
RECEIVED...AS WELL AS NUMEROUS OTHER FLOOD REPORTS.

  THIS IS A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY FOR THE TULSA METRO...AS WELL AS
EASTERN CREEK COUNTY...WESTERN OKMULGEE COUNTY AND MUCH OF OKFUSKEE
COUNTY. THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. AREAS THAT DO NOT
NORMALLY FLOOD OR HAVE NEVER FLOODED BEFORE MAY BECOME INUNDATED.
IMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO EVACUATE AREAS NEAR RISING
