.THERE WILL BE A BREAK IN RED FLAG CONDITIONS OVERNIGHT AS WINDS
WEAKEN AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY INCREASES. HOWEVER...VERY LOW
HUMIDITY AND STRONG WIND WILL REDEVELOP...AND BE MORE EXTENSIVE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN WYOMING. IN ADDITION...A DRY COLD FRONT WILL DROP SOUTH
INTO THE STATE LATE ON WEDNESDAY...SHIFTING WINDS TO THE NORTH
WITH WINDS REMAINING GUSTY.

LONGER IN EFFECT.

  BASIN AND FIRE WEATHER ZONE 310 PLATTE/GOSHEN/CENTRAL AND
  EASTERN LARAMIE.
