.AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA TONIGHT. STRONG
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AROUND 30 MPH...WITH 45 MPH GUSTS...WILL
DEVELOP OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA AFTER MIDNIGHT...AND
WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY. THIS WILL ALSO LEAD TO PATCHY BLOWING SNOW
AND LOCALIZED REDUCED VISIBILITY ALONG AND EAST OF THE MISSOURI
RIVER.
