THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BROWNSVILLE HAS ISSUED A DENSE
FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS WITH RAPID CHANGES IN
  VISIBLITY.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO POOR VISIBLITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND
MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE BETWEEN VEHICLES.
