  HIGHER TERRAIN.

* TIMING...TODAY.

* IMPACTS...PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  HAZARDOUS...MAINLY ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.
