.THE LARGE WEST-NORTHWEST SWELL WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE TONIGHT...
WITH A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WESTERLY COMPONENT TO THE SWELL
CONTINUING. THE SWELL WILL SHIFT OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AND CONTINUE
TO DECREASE ON SUNDAY...THOUGH LARGE...ADVISORY LEVEL SURF WILL
PERSIST ALONG MOST NORTH AND WEST FACING SHORES.

  KAUAI...AND ALONG NORTH FACING SHORES OF OAHU MOLOKAI AND
  MAUI...20 TO 28 FEET. ALONG WEST FACING SHORES OF THE BIG
  ISLAND...8 TO 12 FEET. ALONG WEST FACING SHORES OF MOLOKAI...10
  TO 18 FEET.

* TIMING...WARNING LEVEL SURF THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH A DECREASE
  TO ADVISORY LEVEL SURF EXPECTED SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...HIGH...EXPECT OCEAN WATER OCCASIONALLY SWEEPING ACROSS
  PORTIONS OF BEACHES...VERY STRONG BREAKING WAVES AND STRONG
  LONGSHORE AND RIP CURRENTS. BREAKING WAVES MAY OCCASIONALLY
  IMPACT HARBORS MAKING NAVIGATING THE HARBOR CHANNEL DANGEROUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THESE DANGEROUS CONDITIONS MEAN THAT ONLY HIGHLY EXPERIENCED
PERSONS SHOULD ENTER THE WATER. INEXPERIENCED PERSONS SHOULD
REMAIN OFF BEACHES AND ADJACENT BEACHFRONT AREAS. LARGE BREAKING
SURF...SIGNIFICANT SHOREBREAK... AND DANGEROUS CURRENTS MAKE
ENTERING THE WATER VERY HAZARDOUS. ANYONE ENTERING THE WATER COULD
FACE SIGNIFICANT INJURY OR DEATH.
