ASSOCIATED WITH A HURRICANE ARE EXPECTED WITHIN 36 HOURS. A
HURRICANE WARNING CAN REMAIN IN EFFECT WHEN DANGEROUSLY HIGH
WATER OR A COMBINATION OF DANGEROUSLY HIGH WATER AND
EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH WAVES CONTINUE...EVEN THOUGH WINDS MAY BE LESS
