LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM HILLSBORO TO DECATUR...MOVING
EAST AT 35 MPH.

STORM HAZARDS INCLUDE...
WINDS TO 60 MPH...
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...
VERY HEAVY RAIN WHICH MAY CAUSE MINOR FLOODING...

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SEAMAN AND WEST UNION.
