  CONTINUE TO DIMINISH BELOW SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LATE THIS

* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS 20 TO 25 KT WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO 30 KT
  WILL DIMINISH THIS EVENING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: ALL AREAS WILL SEE STEEP HAZARDOUS SEAS TODAY
  THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WINDS WILL
  AFFECT THE WATERS BEYOND 5 NM FROM SHORE FROM PORT ORFORD
  NORTHWARD.
