THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN HAMILTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO...

* UNTIL 1000 PM EDT.

* AT 656 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR WITH ANOTHER INCH
  POSSIBLE. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CINCINNATI...NORWOOD...FORT THOMAS...MADEIRA...MARIEMONT...
  RIVERBEND AND CONEY ISLAND...THE VILLAGE OF INDIAN HILL...
  SILVERTON...NEWTOWN...FAIRFAX...SHERWOOD...LUNKEN AIRPORT...TURPIN

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HONOLULU HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  THE ISLAND OF OAHU IN HONOLULU COUNTY

* UNTIL 345 PM HST

* AT 1241 PM HST...RADAR SHOWED HEAVY RAIN OVER THE SLOPES OF THE
  WAIANAE RANGE. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. THE
  RAIN GAGE IN LUALUALEI REPORTED A RAINFALL RATE NEAR FOUR INCHES
  PER HOUR.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  WAIANAE...WAIALUA AND HALEIWA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING
IN STREAMS...ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW.

DO NOT CROSS FAST FLOWING OR RISING WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE OR ON FOOT.
TURN AROUND...DON/T DROWN.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING REPLACES THE FLOOD ADVISORY THAT WAS IN
EFFECT FOR THE ISLAND OF OAHU IN HONOLULU COUNTY.

  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
  SHORTLY AS THE STORMS CONTINUE.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
