...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHERN UPTON COUNTY...

AT 136 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING OUT OF THE WARNED AREA. HOWEVER...FLASH
FLOODING IS STILL POSSIBLE ALONG PORTIONS OF STATE HIGHWAY 329 TO
THE NORTHWEST OF RANKIN...AND ON HIGHWAY 67 TO THE WEST OF
RANKIN DUE TO 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE 1230 PM CDT.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
RANKIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
