  WAYNE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

* AT 609 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT AROUND 2 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA DURING THE
  PAST HOUR AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...

LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAS VEGAS
BAY CAMPGROUND TO LAS VEGAS BAY...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13
MILES NORTHEAST OF LAS VEGAS BAY TO LAS VEGAS BAY...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 15 MPH. THE INITIAL STORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN HAD MOVED NORTH
OF THE AREA BUT MORE STORMS CONTINUED TO TRACK OVER THE AREA FROM
THE SOUTHWEST.
