* IMPACTS...At 210.7 feet, Between 210 and 211 feet the county park
  becomes inaccessible. At 211 feet water begins to enter Driftwood
  RV fishing resort on east bank of river and just north of the
  county park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM PST Friday the stage was 211.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 206.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM PST Friday was 211.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 212.2
    feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 209.5 feet.

  flooding. Water is up to the top steps of the recreation center at
  Woodson Bridge RV Park and spaces 15-33 begin to take on water on
  the east bank of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM PST Friday the stage was 179.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 180.0 feet.
  - Forecast...Forecast to rise to near 183.0 FT late this
    evening then forecast to fall below monitor stage of 180.0 FT
    tomorrow morning then forecast to recede to near 171.0 FT
    late Sunday morning.
    * Impact...Near 184.9 feet, South Avenue starts to flood east
    of the river.
    Near 183.9 feet, Woodson Bridge Park is closed due to
    flooding. Water is up to the top steps of the recreation
    center at Woodson Bridge RV Park and spaces 15-33 begin to
    take on water on the east bank of the river.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Eel River at Fernbridge.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, The western half of the Eel Delta may be
  completely flooded, especially if at or above this level for an
  extended period of time. This includes areas northwest of Loleta
  and Cannibal Island Road. A Special Action Advisory is being
  issued to all owners of livestock in low-lying areas of the Eel
  River Delta. Owners of livestock should take appropriate action to
  protect their animals.
  At 20.0 feet, Significant flooding of the western portions of
  Cannibal Island Road, Camp Weott Road, the Salt and Old Rivers,
  and all adjacent low-lying areas. Flooding in these areas is
  exaggerated when crest timing is coincident with high tides and
  strong onshore winds, and for longer duration events. A Special
  Action Advisory is being issued to all owners of livestock in
  low-lying areas of the Eel Delta. Owners of livestock should
  consider taking appropriate action to protect livestock.
  At 24.0 feet, Minor flooding of Highway 211 to Ferndale south of
  Fernbridge. Much of the Eel Delta may be flooded, including areas
  northwest of Loleta and the western portion of Cannibal Island
  Road. Flooding will be enhanced for longer duration events. A
  Special Action Advisory is being issued to all owners of livestock
  in all low-lying areas adjacent to the Eel River. Appropriate
  action should be taken to protect livestock.

  - At 8:15 AM PST Friday the stage was 23.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM PST Friday was 23.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.7
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

  At 30.0 feet, Water will flow over the south bank of the river
  approximately 1 mile east of Highway 1, and begins to flood
  property in this area including six homes. Expect closure of
  Highway 128. Motorists should use alternate routes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM PST Friday the stage was 22.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    morning to 28.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below
    flood stage this evening to 9.2 feet late Sunday evening. It
    will rise to 9.5 feet Monday morning. It will then fall again
    and remain below flood stage.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
  with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1046 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned
    area. Flooding is already occurring along Sonoma Creek at
    Kenwood and Agua Caliente with additional rises possible.
    Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Water levels may
    fall during breaks in the rain but rise quickly after the
    rain resumes.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sonoma, Boyes Hot Springs, Eldridge, Glen Ellen, Fetters Hot
