For the following areas...
Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD...
Eastern Bay...

At 706 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Matapeake,
moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Observed wind gust of 41 knots near Annapolis.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Locations impacted include...
Parsons Island, Matapeake, Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Thomas Point Light,
Eastern Bay, and Sandy Point State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

...SHOWERS AND GUSTY WINDS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...

Nearshore and open waters of Lake Michigan from Sturgeon Bay to
Sheboygan...

At 604 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from 6 nm southeast of Bay Shore Park to 8 nm west of
Kewaunee Pierhead Light to 8 nm northwest of Two Creeks to 6 nm
southeast of Denmark to 9 nm northwest of Manitowoc, moving southeast
at 35 knots.

  Rawley Point Light, Kewaunee Pierhead Light, Manitowoc, and Two
  Rivers around 615 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by showers include Two Rivers.

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Lake Okeechobee...

At 653 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Calusa to
6 nm southwest of Moore Haven, moving east 10 to 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally higher
waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms
pass.

These strong thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30
knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required for these storms. Boaters should
consider heading for shore before these storms arrive.

Report severe weather to the coast guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
forecast office.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in
case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
