SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST UTAH...MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH. THE
MOST INTENSE ACTIVITY AT 5 PM IS APPROACHING I-15 SOUTH OF
MEADOW...AND IN CARBON COUNTY NEAR WELLINGTON. BRIEF MODERATE
RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE WITH
THESE STORMS.
