HUMIDITIES WILL BE IN PLACE. THIS HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CREATE

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 639 EAST SLOPES OF THE
  NORTHERN OREGON CASCADES AND FIRE WEATHER ZONE 639 EAST SLOPES
  OF THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON CASCADES.

* TIMING...LOWEST RELATIVE HUMIDITY COMBINED WITH STRONGER WINDS
  EXPECTED TO OCCUR BETWEEN 4 PM AND 8 PM ON THURSDAY AND 1 PM
  THROUGH 8 PM FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

* WIND...10 TO 15 MPH THURSDAY EVENING AND 10 TO 20 MPH FRIDAY
  THROUGH SATURDAY.

* HUMIDITY...13 TO 18 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
