HUMIDITIES THROUGH WEDNESDAY FOR THE MOUNTAINS...VALLEYS...AND
INLAND ORANGE COUNTY...

.SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN AND NORTH WINDS ALOFT
WILL BRING PERIODS OF STRONG GUSTY SANTA ANA WINDS TO THE
MOUNTAINS...COASTAL FOOTHILLS...AND INLAND VALLEYS THROUGH
WEDNESDAY WITH STRONGEST WINDS FOR LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY
MORNING. LOWEST DAYTIME HUMIDITIES WILL FALL BELOW 10 PERCENT WITH
POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERY. WEAKER NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS WITH LOW
HUMIDITIES WILL CONTINUE INTO THANKSGIVING DAY.

NAMELY THE LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND THE SANTA
CLARITA VALLEY.

STRONGER NORTHEAST FLOW IS EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL LIKELY RESULT IN WIDESPREAD RED FLAG
CONDITIONS AND DURATIONS OVER LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES...
INCLUDING THE COASTAL SECTIONS. WHILE WEAKER WINDS ARE EXPECTED

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 TO 18 PERCENT. POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES.

* TEMPERATURES...60 TO 70 DEGREES ON MONDAY...THEN 65 TO 75 ON
  TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...RAPID FIRE GROWTH AND EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR IS
  EXPECTED IF FIRE IGNITION OCCURS.
