CENTRAL NEW MEXICO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO FAVOR
NORTHWESTERN NEW MEXICO TODAY AND THIS EVENING...INCLUDING THE SAN
JUAN OR TUSAS...JEMEZ...AND CHUSKA MOUNTAINS...AS WELL AS THE
NORTHWESTERN PLATEAU. SOME SLOW-MOVING STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY
SHIFT TO THE NORTHERN TIER OF NEW MEXICO FRIDAY. AN INCREASE IN
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS THEN EXPECTED SATURDAY...SUNDAY...AND
THE FIRST HALF OF NEXT WEEK...ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHEASTERN
QUADRANT OF NEW MEXICO WHERE SOME STRONG STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...HAIL...AND GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF
50 MPH.
