Severe Thunderstorms, Heavy Rain, Gusty Winds, And Flooding Potential From The Southeast U.S. To The Appalachians and Mid Atlantic Region

A slow moving low pressure system will track from the southern U.S. to the Mid Atlantic and Northeast early this week. The system will bring widespread rain, locally heavy from the Deep South to the Mid Atlantic Region. Localized flooding will be possible.
