Critical Fire Weather Over The Southwest U.S., Heavy Rain And Flash Flooding Likely In Hawaii

The combination of strong winds and very dry humidity will lead to critical to extremely critical fire weather conditions over portions of the southern Plains and Desert Southwest through Friday.
