Atmospheric River Event on the West Coast; 4th Nor'easter on the East Coast
Very heavy rainfall event is developing in California, especially, Southern California over the next few days. Several inches of rain may lead to flash flooding, including mud and debris flows from burn scar areas. Several feet up to 5 feet is expected in the mountains.
