Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain for portions of the South and Southeast; Warming Weather on the West Coast

A low pressure system will produce areas of thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain and flash flooding, across the Deep-to-Mid South today; and Southeast tomorrow.
