Severe Thunderstorms and Excessive Rainfall in the Plains; Coastal Storm in the Southeast

Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms and excessive rainfall are possible across much of the High Plains through the weekend. A non-tropical low along the coast of the southeastern U.S. will produce gusty winds, dangerous surf, and rip current conditions this weekend.
