Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop once again this afternoon and evening. Severe storms are not expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Thunderstorm chances return to the area Thursday afternoon and night into Friday. A few strong to severe storms are possible Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly over central Minnesota. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Winds will diminish later this afternoon and tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Conditions hazardous to small craft is likely to develop as northeast winds increase Thursday night, and continuing into Friday.
