Isolated severe storms are possible across portions of the northern Hill Country into Central Texas Friday afternoon into evening. Large to very large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary threats. An isolated tornado can`t be ruled out. Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued for this potential until 10 pm across Burnet, Llano, and Williamson counties. Hot temperatures and dangerous heat index values are expected today. Those spending extended time outdoors and not acclimated to the heat could be susceptible to heat related illness if not taking proper heat precautions, such as drinking plenty of water and taking frequent breaks out of the sun and heat. No hazardous weather is expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. An early season heat wave continues through Monday with the hottest temperatures projected to be on Sunday.
