Thunderstorms: Isolated thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon with the highest chances remaining over Southwest Florida. The strongest storms could contain gusty winds and heavy downpours. Rip Currents: There is a moderate risk of rip currents across the Palm Beaches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Isolated thunderstorms mainly over the interior areas on Saturday, then over mostly the interior and east coast metro areas middle of next week. The strongest storms could contain heavy downpours, lighting strikes, and gusty winds. Heat Indices of 100 degrees and above are possible this weekend and into the early portion of next week. Peak heat indices in excess of 105 degrees will be possible during the early to middle portion of next week especially across the interior sections.
