A mostly cloudy evening with decreasing rain chances tonight. Warmer temperatures expected Monday with only a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the valleys, higher chances in the east Tennessee mountains and southwest Virginia. Similar conditions Tuesday, except that the plateau counties will have higher rain chances in addition to the eastern Tennessee mountains. Late Tuesday night and Wednesday, a new system moves into the eastern Tennessee Valley with increasing showers and thunderstorms.
